- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★My uncle is disabled. Despite his obvious disability he was denied social security disability when he applied for it. Understandably he was very upset. My uncle can be quite a handful so I was a little apprehensive to take him to an attorney because I could just imagine him getting upset and yelling at the attorney when he didn't understand something. I don t know if it was because Attorney Bergert has had so much experience dealing with individuals and the social security process, or if he is just an answer to my uncle's prayers. But, Mr. Bergert was wonderful, not only to me but also to my uncle. He answered all of our questions, and really talked to my uncle, on a level he could understand. Though we are still in the process of appealing the SSD decision, I feel positive about the results we have seen so far. I would like to thank Mr. Bergert for all of his help, I don t know where my uncle would be without his help.By Jeremiah Allen, November 03, 2016
